Result of over 10 years of R&D, NOVIS, thanks to an innovative spinning solution modifying the filaments structure together with special additives and softeners, is one step over any other kind of embroidery threads, standard Polyester and Rayon Viscose as first.
This new technology gives to NOVIS
· warm silky brightness (avoiding the crystal effect of Polyester)
· incredibile soft touch
· unique smoothness
· high tenacity (count No. 40 total strength over 1.250 cN - test DIN EN ISO 2062)
· "0%" shrinkage in boiling water and 0,8% average shrinkage in dry air at 185 °C
( test EN 14621)
· the easiest dyability with the maximum colour evenness
. highest fastness to light, washing, heavy duty treatments, chlorine included

with minimum order starting from 1 box/colour!
NOVIS is produced in 3 standard counts:
- No. 40 - Dtex 135 x 2
- No. 60 - Dtex 84 X 2
- No- 30 - Dtex 167 x 2
all in over 400 standard colours and any colour on demand starting from very small dye lots IN BOTH VERSIONS: virgin and Recycled.
With our monthly capacity of over 450 tons. in dye lots of 12 - 24 - 32 - 48 - 96...up to 1.000 kg, we can produce bulk orders of hundreds colours in very few weeks.
